It partly has to due with the fact that the US begins its new fiscal year tomorrow on October 1, which is why there was such a huge push over August and September to get the regulations in. I am not sure whose NDAs specifically expire, i.e. can Ripple partners who are actively using and holding XRP begin to talk about it? Can former Ripple employees begin spilling beans?

I'm talking about that issue, in particular, and I don't care to take time out of my day to verify obscure, unanswered riddles that are open to, and this is important, interpretation.

So you’re taking the position that it’s all coincidence. That’s fair enough, but that fact that you’re not properly explaining it is disappointing. The sudden push to regs, collectively across various jurisdictions and in line with ‘phase 2’ would be a hell of a coincidence.

Again, I don’t really dispute your overall assessment. I don’t pay any attention to the lucifarians/masons/antichrist/nwo/etc., stuff. But logically, the regs are too accurate a call to be a coincidence. They suggest some level of knowledge beyond the average. Completely dismissing it to coincidence is really rather weak.

Are you otherwise sold on XRP? Is it just the ‘insiders‘ you dispute or is it the standard itself?

All, some, could be, couldn't be, its too loose barrel. I'm not interested. Its too unstructured and wide open for me to get out a cork board, red thread, and tacks to start "putting it together". Some people just want a lot of internet attition and I'm skeptical of characters that wanna do "riddles" on twitter. I feel the same way about "the garlicman" who posts here.
