Billions of tokens will be burned come mainnet regardless of the price of RSR since the foundation tokens are going to be used for arbitrage and VC investors will profit from arbitrage more than market dumping. Maybe, maybe not, but there's going to be a massive bullrun if the entire country is free to buy/trade crypto assets and even encouraged to do so. There will be zero regulatory pressure and therefore something like RSV will be able to take full advantage and have free reign to advertise and create a pseudo-monopoly for crypto on-ramping. Coinbase listing is imminent now more than ever. It would be stupid for them not to try and capitalize on this trend as early as possible.

Not necessarily. RSV can list any day now user. It’s a stablecoin backed by usdc but with unique access to Venezuela and on-ramping with PayPal. All they need is RSV app to start using on-chain RSV (which is already decentralized). As for RSR, once on-chain RSV is being used RSR is just another part of the protocol using ETHs erc-20 tokenized system. There will be zero issues listing before an official “mainnet” since mainnet for RSV just means the protocol starts accepting RSR. Nothing major changes other than arbitrage opportunities.
