no but Ive thought about it XD

lets team up user

The secret is marketing.

i already got an idea dont needa cut anyone else in
when its up and running my site will give professional advice in your browser

Do you know how to make websites?

pieced it together. wordpress makes things much easier than i thought they'd be.
and CSS wasn't hard to understand.

yeah that'd be a key part
I was thinking google adwords to get em right when they're looking for someone to solve their problem

Just copied big trending sites and made the site a bit different and better, usually would take 1% market share from the site I copy and I make six figs per year.

My gf made an LLC and a shopify and now she makes more than me. She markets and sells press on nails.

She makes thousands a month. And now she has 20k link

There is so much dumb in this thread.
You don’t copy a site and magically get any of the market. That is not not how it works. For instance, I made one if the first remote job search websites. A few years later remoteok came out and dominated while I was making nothing. It is 100% marketing.

Look into SaaS. That’s what you want to make. Hire a software sales guy and give him six months. Hire an internet marketer or spend a half year learning it yourself.

This is actually not a bad idea.

Why reinvent the wheel when there's a perfectly good platform with thousands of plugins that already do everything you need?

i'm spending all my energy getting the site to do the task it's designed for.
then i'm gonna charge a flat rate of $40 to use it
i figure 1000 people a day using the paid version, minus tax, almost no expenses, should net me about $10m p.a.

You have to be a proper corporation to do stuff like this.
For the average punter a website is a much better choice.

yeah good idea. i copied the menu structures from the big sites as a start.

i swear building a website 90% of the work is already done for you
all you need is a good idea and some marketing

>flat rate of $40 to use it
>i figure 1000 people a day
Ok, what you think is going to happen and what is actually going to happen are two separate things. Unless you have an extremely compelling product you will have to beg for users. Even if you have a compelling product you will have to beg and offer incentive for people to hand you money. People do not like handing over money. I created a tool to replace traditional waitlists at restaurants. They customer fills in their details and it texts then when their table is ready. I made it free to get initial users. Spent a thousand marketing directly to restaurant owners. Not a single user. You can say thats a stupid idea but there is another company that does the same thing, charges hundreds a month and has a ton of customers. I’m just saying, be prepared for your dreams to be wrecked. It doesn’t work more often than it does. Maybe you’ll knock it out of the park though.

This thread with this same OP pic again
sage

LLC is plenty fine. Sales and IM as 1099.

>my site will give professional advice in your browser
I do that here for free.
>lmao go rope
>shitcoin. you've been scammed
>buy the dip
>fuck off Pajeet
>Gonna get rekt
etc. All golden.

all goes to plan the customers won't just seek out my site, they'll be begging me to take their money.

i woulda thought a website that makes money while you do nothing seems like the dream Zig Forumsness
only reason to be this mad is you've got no ideas

>all goes to plan
It’s like you didn’t even read my post. If all my sites went according to plan I would be a billionaire several times over. I have more MVPs launched than anyone on this board. Don’t even bother building it yet. Make a landing page to capture email addresses and throw a thousand at targeted facebook ads or google. If you get over 100 emails then build it. If not then let it die.

I more meant building saas that uses a subscription model is a big undertaking. Not something your average joe can make happen.

>then i'm gonna charge a flat rate of $40 [per day] to use it
>over $1,000 a month
Lmao absolutely no one is going to pay that. People balk at paying $10 a month for shit like Netflix and Amazon Prime.

you should start a site that gives shitcoin advice
then just link them to the markets for those sweet referral bucks

i read it man it was good advice.
when it's finished what i'm building will hopefully fall into the compelling product category.
and it's in an already profitable industry with a lot of market share up for grabs.

they will because i'm saving them hundreds of dollars.

and you misread. i meant 1000 unique users per day at $40 each.

How’s she get traffic ?

>1000 unique users per day at $40 each.
Then you'd actually require 100,000 unique visitors per day, assuming a very good conversion rate (1%), to get anywhere near 1000 new paying customers a day.

Good luck with that.

nah i see my conversation rate up at 5-10%
and unique visitors should rise pretty quickly once it goes live

cmon lads bit of an uninspired lot
i thought i'd be hearing about your zuck-tier ideas

wouldn't mind hearing more from

I bet the people who built Clover42 will think their website is profitable

>trying to run a blog I started a couple of weeks ago
>finally have maybe 5~ people who read my articles on a consistent basis
>starting to get lazy because the fanbase building process is going to take literally years
>could have started in 2015 but chose to be a fucking retard

I COULD HAVE MADE IT BY NOW

How?
