L-theanine with caffeine is the perfect combo. Take at a 2/1 ratio, so I usually do a 200mg capsule of l-theanine with one cup of black coffee. I noticed coffee was making me anxious after the second cup in a day, and this took care of that. Dirt cheap and worth it.

Just looked it up then. Wtf, I do this already (to some extent) when I feel like shit and it makes me feel better. I didn't realise there is an explanation for it. Cold showers help me too. Maybe it is because it makes you shiver until your body is warm.

I took these pills for a while and they worked really well to lessen my anxiety. Also drink a few cups of green tea a day and it's the same effect
