Everything anyone tells you about anything is wrong. I haven’t taken a shower in 5 months. My hair has never looked better, my skin looks great, and I have no bad odor whatsoever. If I get really sweaty etc I simply take a washcloth with the coldest water possible and wipe my balls and pits, done. Woman love my “sent” and hairdressers ask me what shampoo and “product” I use to get such great hair texture.
I shaved my head bald in May, so shampoo, soap or product has not touched my hair, ever.
Why is every “expert” so full of complete shit. After a 3 week break in period, your body adjusts its oils and you will remain naturally clean. Some kind of symbiosis on your skin happens with bacteria, ammonia or whatever the fuck lives in your skin and it works itself out.

Haven't done it that far but can confirm. Haven't used toothpaste in a decade and teeth got better. No shampoos or sunscreen or any such nonsense either. No deodorants but a towel and water and no toothbrushes at all or hardly anything whatever. I wash genitals after solid disposal with a decent amount of water and viola, wahlla. All that pharma including vax and anything that goes in the body is as damaging as what goes on it. The system is rigged to exploit all for their consummate stupidity. i shower prob once every week or so and mainly just wash my asscrack and balls. i wash my hair with just cool water every few days or so. i wash my armpits probably every month or so but i use deodorant because my pits smell otherwise

They smell because you use deodorant. Give it one month, the smell goes away. It might be that you eat too often, also. Cold water only, no soap on the pits
