I've been looking over FIRE blogs. All they do is tell you to get a 200k+ job. Shouldn't anyone able to get one be intelligent enough to put money into an index fund? Who reads this shit?

I'm the babby. And European. At age 14 I probably had 3k USD or therabouts to my name from mowing lawns and other jobs like that. Which is more than most adults have today.
Even as a kid I would save almost all the money I earned. I have always lived frugally but that's just my lifestyle and not something I specifically do to save money.

but I'm not 14 anymore so no banerino pls. 24 now and worth roughly 150k USD. I still get most of my income from side jobs like chopping wood and plowing snow. I help out at the family farm but don't really get paid much for that. I also get some unemployment money since I technically don't have a job. I will take the farm over fairly soon (5 years or so), and the custom in my country is that the heir apparent gets the farm for free. So that will be an epic windfall and take my net worth close to a million dollars and secure my income for life.
