I am trying to be social at work but I always talk too much

I am like most people here quite an awkward autist, but I really try to talk to people at work. But it usually ends up with me adding "too much" info about something, and then the conversation awkwardly dies out

"hey guys I went to the zoo yesterday
"oh thats cool"
"did u see any monkeys??"
me "Interesting, I never visited that zoo but after reading Xerxes of Persia created the first zoo ever with both elephants, bears and rhinos I can't wait to see if this zoo design also incorporate the automatic water flow system to feed them he came up with"

to give a made up example

should I just say yes and cool then be done with it? I try to relate to people and add to the conversation but it never works

You're clearly autistic/aspergers and so don't quite have normal social intuition. The medication is low dose mdma which will tune you into signals others are giving. So get some off the dark web and try some next week at work.

>that nigga rolling face at work
>he starts taking off his clothes at his desk

>You're clearly autistic/aspergers

for sure, I'm the first to admit it. But compared to a lot of others, i LIKE social events, talking to people and debating. I'm not shy at all and has a "normal" clothing style too. but when it comes down to facts, I show myself
