>own 20k chainlink.
>optimistic about financial future.
>not gonna sell.
>BUT, im basically an alcoholic now. drinking 3 drinks a day, minimum
>fucking help, i feel like i'm gonna die from this shit. any tips on reducing urge to drink?
Own 20k chainlink
Why do you feel the need to medicate yourself? Is there any benefit you get from drinking that outweighs the cost to your health?
>wah i cant stop drinking
quit being pathetic
make sure you wean off instead of cold turkey
3 drinks a day?
Those are my good days you fucking pussy
20k link is nowhere near enough to be so complacent. Make amends by punishing yourself.
I don't have any advice for how to quit, but quitting drinking was the best think I have ever done. 34 y/o boomer and I feel the best I have ever felt as an adult.
wish i could help you user. go to AA, seriously.
yeah.. I was thinking. Is this 3 drinks before 9AM?
>Go to a judeo-masonic organation that tells you you're an addict for life
start weightlifting seriously, you will have to choose between gains (which are only possible with high quality sleep) and being drunk
Smoke weed instead. Its less harmful to your organs, so you could just be high for the rest of your life without fear of liver failure forcing you to feign the desire to be sober.
doctors say men should only drink 1 drink a day now, guys. we're fucking screwed
no one will care when i'm gone so who cares
>doctors
do the opposite of what they say if you want to live a long healthy life user
I feel ya. Im not drinking im smoking weed. Its all so fucking tiresome, waiting to make it, waiting to escape the wage cage... waiting to stop feeling exhausted, by constant fucking refreshing the news, the price and everything else related to link. Refreshing biz, looking at larps. I just wanna make it.
3 links a day ? Tell your self its like you're drinking 30k$ a day in the future.
That shit needs to stop
Exercise more and get a job you enjoy. That's how I stopped.
On the bright side tho when your liver gives out your stinkies will forever be gone from circulation
I heard Norm McDonald say one something about habits. They are easy to form, you can choose a good habit if you want. His example was drinking water could become your habit. Get addicted to water.
I thought fuck that might work, and it did. Water is the shit bro, give it a sip.
the worst part is i'm living at home and my parents drink a shit ton too. so i get to drink nonstop for $0 bumming off their wine, spirits, and beer.
I have a great job and exercise 30 minutes a day. still wanna drink
leave it staking somewhere to get more link, shut up and forget until it goes to $100
Step 1: move out of parents' place
Step 1+n: (worry about this later)
If it helps you to quit at all I can confirm you will likely die from drinking daily. My best friend passed at 30 from pancreatitis caused by excessive daily drinking.
yeah, i honestly think that's what i'll have to do. sucks because i love saving all the money on rent just by living here. but my health is more important. when i lived in my own apartment i barely drank just due to USD cost alone.
Read The Naked Mind, immediately
Read the Bible unironically
Pray to God.
You're surrounded by people who enable/condone the behaviour you're trying to rid yourself of. Be mindful of that. Best of luck, user.
the naked mind looks cool. thanks
Graduate to real drugs like cocaine. Alcohol is a waste because it fucks your health and life up like hard drugs do but it doesn’t give you nearly the same euphoria. If you’re going to slowly drug yourself to death, which is based by the way only young faggots think drugs are bad, you should drug yourself to death with the good stuff.
>three drinks
Fucking pussy. But seriously, what worked for me was reading Allen Carr’s The Easy Way to Stop Drinking. I drank for 15 years. I used to drink a six pack on workdays and a twelver on weekends and just stopped after reading. No cravings in 5 years now. Now, I never read “The Easy Way to Stop Sniffing Blow off of Hookers’ Asses” so that’s still on the table, but booze is poison, quit it while you can, user
