Why's ripple dumping?

I've gone through google and read many articles about how much XRP is getting dumped. There's so much info out there discrediting Ripple. What would be a good reason for them to do this?

No. The XRP dumps is pretty much proof that it's a dead project to Ripple (the company). It might be a passion project to David, but they have a bottom line to increase profits. Ripple is generating new tokens on a 1 to 1 ratio of XRP. 1 XRP corresponds to 1 Flare token. What do you think is going to happen to the Flare tokens? They are going to magically not be sold? No what will happen is exchanges that offer XRP will now offer Flare. People dumping XRP will also dump their Flare. What do you not understand about that?

SBI has XRP as they were one of the adopters of it. Almost no one else did. Them paying employees in it doesn't enforce the use case, they just need somewhere to offload it without sinking the price. Imagine this, they market sell XRP and get lower value. OR they could pay it as a salary and keep the price high (less XRP needed). It is a money saving strategy.
