yep, the trusted set up renders zcash unusable.
zkstarks, which are zksnarks but without a trusted set up, is something the monero devs are looking into, but it has yet to come to fruition. Will probably be another decade or so.

I'm still calling one last dip (like a serious dip taking a few weeks and going back to like 0.008). It's really hard to see this run stopping though and after the dip the gains will be so immense it's not worth gambling on cheaper XMR.
