can't bother to click links, but just from the urls it's likely proposals to apply airdrops to wallets who interacted with uniswap through proxy contracts (and so cannot currently claim their part of the airdrop)
this would mean more uni airdropped, and so more dilution of holders. the current amount of uni airdropped isn't as big as it should be, essentially, which arguably inflates the price upwards

Currently holding 2k I bought at $3.50 but if this goes to $2 I'm selling everything and going all in. That would value control of an exchange as big as Coinbase at 2 billion.
