If you did have an electric furnace, get silver shot/scrap from your lcs. I would say, still get some silver shot into your portfolio and once you get a stimulus check. Reserve some money to get an electronic furnace while stacking silver shot. Otherwise, get generics. Silver dollers makes no sense to stack. Gotcha.
