Any of the Gateway bros here? I've listened to the first tape two nights ago and even though I'm used to meditating there was one part that was really trippy. One had to hum/sing to a note for tuning the body resonant frequency (?) and at first I was hesitant to make a strange humming sound laying alone on my bed in the dark but then I did it. After a few attempts of humming and overcoming myself to actually do it proper a really strange feeling overcame me. Normally when I'd had to describe where my brain or conscious is I'd say behind my eyes. After humming it felt like my brain was put into a trebuchet and catapulted somewhere else. Even though I knew that I was laying on my bed (with eyes closed) it was impossible for me to orientate. Tonight I'll listen to the next tape, but this experience already was very trippy.
