Swaphelper will only work on things that havent rugged liquidity yet, there are heaps of fake listings of real projects that must have these contracts that dont allow user addresses to sell tokens. swaphelper is a contract so it can sell your tokens for you then give you some eth back. Bytecode looks like this when you look at a token contract:
