No bong hate thread? Lets fix that

No bong hate thread? Lets fix that
>look for an apartment to buy
>there is literally not a single house in this country with a garden thats close to London, even "detached" houses have like a 1 meter gap
Why
Why did you do this
Why do these fucking mohamed lovers go " I need to squeeze a house in there" when they see a gap larger than 2 meters?

Bro just make the commute and live in Kent like everyone else.

Kent still doesnt have proper gardens

National Commission for the Protection of Human Subjects of Biomedical and Behavioral Research.

Get what we deserve for having 300k immigrants a year since Blair and allowing foreign nationals to buy property.

Most of London isn’t owned by U.K. citizens.

UK / Canada dual citizen, should I just go to Canada?

Use your link gains to buy the houses either side of you and turn them into gardens.

Honestly don't know which one is worse

too many people in a finite amount of space.

plenty of land in canada to go around

not true
the country could house 3x as more if it wanted to, problem is with all the chinks buying up property and never doing anything with it cuz nobody will buy/rent it
and also there are alot of retarded laws that make it really hard to rebuild old shitty buildings/build new ones on land owned by aristocrats

where do you want to live?

dailymail.co.uk/news/article-8818971/Excessive-salaries-capped-save-jobs-pandemic-think-tank-urges.html

Envious bongs want to introduce a maximum salary of 100k!

>Over half of Britons support the introduction of a maximum wage and a £100,000 cap would hurt less than 3% of earners, think tanks claim
>Excessive salaries should be capped to raise wages for lower-paid workers and to help save jobs during the Covid-19 pandemic, according to a new report from two left-wing think tanks

It can't be much worse than the UK at this point. What's really appealing about Canada is that it's a much bigger country with about half the population. Only thing to remember, i've heard speaking French is borderline mandatory, which is nearly a deal breaker for me.

I'm from the UK and this is true, it's because planners are too obsessed with preserving their green space and not 'ruining' the cities with high rises

London has an housing problem, else where isn't too bad

I need to commute to the city once a week atleast so somewhere nearby but far enough from niggers
thats Orwellian

lmao fucking commies

they did something similar to this before and it just caused massive brain drain.

that'll probably go through. absolute state.

>one a week
Once a week? Jesus, you've got plenty of options.

Southampton is like 2-3 hours to London if you leave early.

rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-83294542.html

Thats a NICE garden

What's Southampton like? I've been probably 10 times in the past year but never really got a feel for the place or the people. Looks depressing as hell during winter.

Londoners are suck fucking cancer. All of these "Britain" hate threads are literally solved if you just move outside of London or the south of England. Fucking foreigners, Land price, garden, etc. Just fucking move or stfu and deal with your choice of living in London, Go to Scotland for a day and you will realise how cucked an existence you are living rn

You don't know what you're talking about lmao. French only necessary in Quebec.

Ding ding ding 10 points to the newfag

>move out of london
>literally no jobs

Why the fuck would anybody want to live in London

why are you looking for an apartment to buy?

This is now a UK tech job HATE thread.
Holy fuck, there are ZERO tech jobs here that pay a decent wage.

Complete bs, there's loads of jobs around in much nicer homogeneous areas

$100k is way too low for a ceiling, especially knowing that the super rich will find a way around it. Even something that sounds reasonable like $1m per year is really just a way to insulate people who are already billionaires and keep anyone from ever competing with them.

How about instead, make a max amount of LAND that a single person can own? Then rich people can't keep buying up land and jacking up the price for people who just want a small plot to live on?

Maybe for baristas and waiters
Good luck working in finance from cornwall

I've got a comfy tech job making £56k a year, looking to job hop now user. 26 yo, get good

Work in Birmingham and live in Worcestershire, problem solved

exactly lol. and the other major cities of england (bhman and manc) are multiculti shit holes too

whats your wage and tech role?

this
there is no escape

Which part of the UK to you live? and whats your role?

I do .NET and web development in Northwest, im on 35k.

Any tips to get on?

The rest of bongland is a shithole too. Everything is centralized in london with no opportunities anywhere else. Even if you're well educated getting a job depends more on who you know, the class system is still very much in effect.

The last time I took a walk on my high street which was before this pandemic I barely recognized it. It's turning into a deprived slum. This country is finished. No opportunities, no hope, just trillions of government debt you're going to have to pay back on your minimum wage job.

>What's Southampton like?
A heady mixture of Polish, crackheads, and students. paki and nigger population slowly (but noticeably) rising.

>Looks depressing as hell during winter
It's depressing as hell all year round.

...

Software engineer in Cambridge (which is not actually too bad with cost of living, my rent is £650 living with gf)

I'd say follow trends. Money now is all in machine learning and cloud stuff

Imagine not living in the countryside

Based, UK is trash indeed kek

looks pretty comfy user but its only a matter of time before the orcs show up

I'm currently a public sector worker, so I do get a nice pension, and seems like the only place wanting to hiring in this covid climate, although i haven't really job hunted.

you lads got CS degrees?

EE degree
I think one should change jobs every 1-2 years. That's where the real money is
