xDai is an already working chain (that supports smart contracts btw) that is both instantaneous and fee-less. This solution already exists. And yet look at the price of STAKE, nobody cares. You guys don't even have a functioning chain with usage and it's worth like 100x more. xDai is an already working stopgap with a Dex for chrissake.
