I think they are peak city living, you just look at them with their high ceilings,spacious rooms, lots of natural light from windows overlooking comfy centuries old beautiful parks and streets.
It also helps most cities with houses/flats built like this are white cities (except paris).
You can just imagine some fag like Beethoven living in a place like this.
They are also affordable compared to other big city homes and you wont hear you neighbors shitting cuz the walls are quality, been standing for centuries.
