What does Zig Forums think about bourgeois old european style flats in cities like Krakow and Budapest?
I think they are peak city living, you just look at them with their high ceilings, spacious rooms, lots of natural light from windows overlooking comfy centuries old beautiful parks and streets.
It also helps most cities with houses/flats built like this are white cities (except paris).
You can just imagine some fag like Beethoven living in a place like this.
They are also affordable compared to other big city homes and you wont hear you neighbors shitting cuz the walls are quality, been standing for centuries.

kek
People were just taller in the past. Unnecessary now.
Looks comfy af.
Feels so good tho
Especially when coupled with Galleries
My dream city house is 2-3 bedrooms plus a giant gallery overlooking the living room , opposite street facing windows
If you don’t live in a detached house
You’re a fucking peasant.
forgot pic of gallery lol
Upstairs street facing bay windows that open, to lean out and look down on cobblestone streets
I'm a fine artist and this is the dream.
its so comfy
this nigga is right but sometimes thats just not an option and this is second best
enjoy living in the city with all the poors, drug addicted and niggers
This is not UK/US
This is peak EU my friend
Its also the rich part of an already pretty okay city
bruh the average income in Krakow is 8300PLN or 1800€ per month
thats what 18y old burger flippers earn at mcdonalds in the US
LOL no it isnt
>average income
means nothing
now compare cost of living, purchasing power, crime rate, amount of personal freedom, culture
Average income is the most useless stat of all time
if you are not gonna throw an orgy in it, no point in buying it.
ur invited user (if ur a femboy)
what the fuck is the rent like? i recently made it and want to rent somewhere for a year.
1 bedroom ones like these in Budapest anywhere between 100k-200k HUF/Month (300-600 dollars)
>A comfy flat with high ceilings in a well-constructed building is peasant-tier
>A detached wooden shack in the middle of nowhere with rooms divided by drywall is the abode of a king
what about 2 bedroom penthouse type, with a terrace/balcony. double?
Im sure you could find something around there ye
Altough beware there are some proper Patrick Bateman type penthouses in Hungary that almost rival London/NY prices but they got some sick views and you would be sharing postcodes with celebrities and politicians
>Patrick Bateman type penthouses
>sharing postcodes with celebrities
You're an NPC. Don't bother replying.
>what is rozsadomb
gay and dumb
>What is something "a fine artist" would never say
Also what the fuck is "a fine artist"?
A fine artist is someone who sells fine art. Oil paintings, in my case, for prices that would merit consideration as an asset.
> trying to explain burgers basics of living
user...
The correct term is "painter". Picasso was a painter, Van Gogh was a painter, Mark Rothko was a painter.
Fine Art is what you study at art school. Ngmi.
I think he aint selling his own painting but artpieces he flips
They are my paintings.
Fine artist is a title. I make a living. Be mad about it, I guess.
these really don't look that big
