Checked. The definition of a Good Deal on Ebay depends on what you're buying, but for common, circulated coins a Good Deal would be at or below spot. I don't think it's possible to get rounds and bars below spot without buying a fake. I know of good deals on Ebay, but I'm not going to tell you about any of them because you'll just snatch them up. If you do some research beforehand and know what you're doing you can get some amazing deals. I got pic related (0.5 ozt. ASW) at spot back in August, and I've done a lot better than that. Canadian Proof sets will usually sell slightly below spot, that would be a good place to start looking.
