Setting aside that it doesn't specify by whom, and cites vague "other agendas", this is a very specific charge of criminal conspiracy with very specific evidentiary standards. It would require either documents/recordings demonstrating specific people taking specific actions to intentionally defraud and cause harm, or a recorded admission of such actions. It seems very unlikely that such evidence exists. And it also seems that the entirety of the rest of the claims rely on being able to prove the existence of this criminal conspiracy.
The whole thing looks like a publicity stunt to me. We're never going to get justice for the fraud perpetrated against us. Even if there were clear, legally actionable evidence, the scope of the thing is too large for anything the legal system can accomplish to even approximate justice.
