I mostly gathered this through observation, not dealing with them directly. Recent crane collapse in London is a good example. If one person had spoken up, it wouldn't have happened. Yet there are so many health and safety coordinators that will continue to milk HS2 budget. Conversely, face to face I had positive experiences.
