>What wallet do I use? There is no right answer for this. Mostly personal preference and security vs. convenience. Hot storage (with Spark support) - XUMM or Exodus. Cold storage - Ledger/Trezor or Paper/Metal Wallet

As far as legally taking it from you, imminent domain primarily. Pricing you out with property taxes. There is not much of a leg to stand on in the face of more tax revenue from the government's perspective, the state will fuck you over most of the time, especially if political leadership is against you. Even outside of the law, think about the old west days or what could happen in a SHTF of scenario. If your bunker was hidden well enough you may be alright but otherwise you're just isolated and stuck with a bunch of shit that's gonna get looted or become useless without power. At best difficult to maintain by yourself. Solar panels, turbine systems, all of that can be looted. Which is why, for a SHTF situation especially or just something you want to keep, you need bros who can have your back. Nietzsche talked about this sort of thing, how European men for the most part want space, want their isolated mountain as a paradise and an escape away from the noise of urban subhumans. I feel the same way but it's a matter of practicality. And as a side thing, a small spread isn't a terrible idea. It's just not something I'd pour everything into and making it totally autonomous because, if it's just one man or one family, that can be taken from you.

Pretty much: If you want an innawoods solution and are willing to spend private-bunker-coin to do so, look at custom yatchs. Seriously.
Regardless if you’ve got a bunker or a boat, you’re paying an annual operating budget to maintain it. On land you’re paying property tax, on a boat you’re paying maintenance and mooring fees. Both will need some form of staff - and even if you could do everything yourself - having staff just adds more redundancy to keeping up a stable operation...point still is if you’re looking at spending this kind of coin, staff be it a marine crew or bunker staff are going to be needed.
A boat allows you to set sail for calmer shores, land is fixed. Allows you to seek out whatever jurisdiction is most friendly too - again land is locked. Can have it built to whatever spec you want (emp shielded, able to sail through ice, etc.) and isolate from humanity if needed.
Non ironically if you do want the innawoods solution - and have the $$$ - seriously consider a private yatch.
Hello /xsg/, I have accumulated 16,000 XRP the last two months. This is my limit, I don't think I can make it with this low amount.

I plan on looking for shipping containers, 2 to start. I am going to bury them in the ground, I already have access to excavator/dozer, and make my own bunker that way. maybe encase it in cement too

What will spark cost at launch? Do you think it will exceed XLM, be the same as XLM, or be a non-starter and have sub 1c price?

It will likely be a fraction of a cent when it is disbursed
