He confirmed in tg the only feature of this token is that it has a fixed supply.
I'm guessing he saw how people are aping into projects based only on the reputation of the founder (andre, blue kirby etc) and decided to leverage his own reputation to do the same. He's not technically doing anything wrong as he delivered a finished product and it operates as advertised. Just a plain erc20 with a fixed supply. Probably bought in on an alt wallet sometime after adding liquidity for next to nothing
