When i make it I fancy the idea of buying a cheap rural land and grow my own veggies and fruits and live a self sustainable life away from the grid, and away from the kikes and niglets.

I figure you gotta have some good handy man skills, agriculture skills, a truck or spacious vehicle, good power and net lines as well as good postal service so you can buy stuff in bulk.
Agriculture is an honest pain in the ass unless you naturally have a green thumb but it'd be good to learn so you can get some animals too.
Otherwise as said above you gotta know how to fix and build shit and be very self sustainable.
