I understand the concept but its retarded. Why would I use Kleros for disputes? Why the fuck wouldn't I come to an agreement over email or some shit? If it got to that point where thousands of dollars were in question, why would I turn to a small cryptocurrency company and get paid out in said crypto instead of small claims court or some shit?

Makes no sense. Also, due to the complex nature of the coin and how long it would (feasibly) take for it to be adopted, you're looking at the price AND adoption not going up for 3-5 years minimum.

Well you’re not trusting a company you’re trusting random people like a jury. Simply emailing won’t work because if you get scammed the other party would just run. You can’t use traditional courts because it would be slow and expensive for a matter which could be a few hundred dollars. Kleros is quick cheap and trustworthy. All you have to do is assign your smart contract to kleros in the case of dispute
