Depends on who you're betting on.
The market is pricing in a Biden win, so EV stocks are shooting up and mining companies are going down.
If Trump wins, however, EV fill fall or lose traction while mining shoots up.

If Biden wins, 2x gains from EV.
If Trump wins, 10x from mining.

So personally, I'm betting on Trump for maximum gains.
He's done it before in 2016, so I'm not going to cast doubt on him now.
