I don't have any major regrets. My life has been a lot like yours but I'm a bit older and drank away my first modest savings pile. It seemed reasonable at the time to go NEET and try to find a relationship full-time. Had one or two close calls and some fun along the way. Kept my physical fitness roughly at that of a fit 20yo in a world where 20-somethings are 50%+ obese and climbing.
If you do nothing else for yourself, find a way to love staying in shape.

Should of mentioned that. I am in very good shape. I was obese from 7-18 years old. Weighed in at 215 34% body fat on my 18th birthday, dropped 77lbs.
Working out is one of my favorite things to do. I like working out, actually some what enjoy my job, have been making good returns in stocks and crypto.
I just feel like my life is too “boring.” I think I have lots of regret from being a fat fuck, all of my childhood...

Just focus on yourself for now. When you make it you will have the time to do whatever the fuck you want. So you will find people who shares your hobbies, that's when you make friends, but make sure they're in the same economic range. Being rich and having poor friends is dangerous.

Checked. Staying with my folks too while my wife and I save for a house, it's a smart play. If you have enough extra time after your main job then working as a part time server at a restaurant or as a coffee barrista on weekends are good choices too. Mostly girls (18-24) work those jobs, and close proximity leads to familiarity which leads to interest. It's worked for a lot of my dude friends, even shy ones. Plus you can punch way above your weight class if you're constantly around zoomer girls.

You are actually doing fine user, and you don't need to make more friends, just chill with the ones you have. It's pretty normal for people to only have a small group of friends when they get older. My parents still keep in contact with like 3 or 4 friends from when they went to college in the 80's and that's about it. I only have 2 friends from high school but they're pretty cool.
Focus on making money, getting a house, and finding a wife. That's all that's left for you to do and that is all you really need. Also, pic related.
