It bottomed out at the end of sept. Since then it has been on a gradual upwards recovery with a few pumps here and there. With news looming, it's up to you whether you want to take the risk. I think it is still a good price, but I am looking for a long term hold and it is unlikely, but could still see a drop in price before the news.

The best option is to pool when you think the pump has reached an end and the price won't go much higher. You don't need the top, just as close as you can get it. As long as the price doesn't drastically increase, there will be minimal impermanent loss.

The new dashboard (which will give ease-of-access and a better understanding of the entire Statera ecosystem) is really close to being launched.
Once that happens, Statera becomes a lot more normie-friendly.
There's also a few other things in the works, which can't be revealed yet.
TL;DR - in answer to your question - hell yeah you should be buying right now because the price & exposure is only going up from here.
