When I make it, I'm going to take jobs like this and just relentlessly bully these types. I'm talking find out who their mother/sister/etc. is and pay them to suck my dick, or pay their boss to bully them with me, maybe even pay their boss to fire them.

How good you are at your job should matter more than how well you can kiss ass for a company that doesn't really have your best interests in mind. When you're going to bed at night, no one at your job is worried if you're financially doing well or how overall happy you are with your life. If you quit they want you to give them 2 more weeks of work before you go, if they want you gone they can keep you in the dark about your termination right up to the moment it happens. And that last sentance about your eyes should light up when you talk about work is bullshit, most people's jobs are mundane shit that they're doing just to stay afloat, who the fuck gets excited talking about work.

I currently work for the government and I, completely 100%, see it as though I'm working for a criminal gang. I even have special protections in this gang where if anybody assaulted me they'd be given a harsher punishment for assaulting a gang member. I earn "dirty money" that was siphoned from productive members of society and while I feel a little bad that I have to do this, it's simply the way of the world.
