you can try and program your off-chain data using it, but you will need an oracle for price feeds. unless you use the new erc-95

To be more concise. Volume and prices are not on chain. Because trades don't happen on chain, they happen on exchanges. That data comes from exchanges. Even in the case of trades that do happen on chain, that would only be one chain. Any trade data from any other blockchain would be offchain data, and you still need an oracle. Any FIAT pairs, previous metals, prices of any other crypto, etc. That is off chain data. This is a retard money grab, not a real threat.
