If you believe in crypto so much, why don't you take a loan to invest into crypto? So many of you guys showing 10k portfolios when it's super easy to get a 50k or 100k loan with a stable job
If you believe in crypto so much, why don't you take a loan to invest into crypto...
Believing in something doesn't mean you should be taking even higher risks on it. I believe my computer won't break down, I still have multiple backups. Play it safe, play it smart - get rich.
Believing doesn’t equal being retarded.
Did you even think 5 seconds about what you are asking?
Shit happens and getting a loan for crypto might not be easy retard
just sold one of my rental properties to put the money in crypto, liquidating assests is better than taking a loan desu
I did that in 2018 and it was a terrible decision. I took out a $100k personal loan to buy mostly ETH, a bit of BTC, and some shitcoins. I was down over 70% at one point.
If I didn't already make a shitload of money from wagecucking, I would've offed myself in 2019. But I kept buying when crypto took a big dip so I'm almost in the green now.
>proof attached
I took out a loan to buy RSR and am now fartlessly beaned.
Too risky for me
why would you get in crypto if you have a stable job? are you an unironical retard? crypto is literally designed for people who don't have the limitless opportunities ameriburgers and higher class yuropoors are born with
how much class is required to become a higher class yuropoor?
Kek, retard
My granpa told me to never take out a loan for anything, even if it means living on the street.
Are you at least currently sitting on a shit load of crypto?
>I believe my computer won't break down, I still have multiple backups
lol why? i know it's not /g/ but what's the point in backing up your computer. if you have photos or something just put them in dropbox or email them to yourself. backing up programs and shit is just weird
I've got close to $170k in crypto. $180k is my breakeven point.
I don't. I believe ultimately it's a speculative investment, but if I was so poor I would have to take out a loan -- I would not invest in anything. Imagine a deflationary spiral genuinely happening in the next few months due to COVID-19 and then having ZERO dollars and debt you can never pay back because you browsed an internet forum and invested in Chainlink and the Russian Devs dumped the wallet.
I dont believe in myself enough to make returns higher than the interest on a loan or cc. It may be slower, but I'd rather not run the risk of financially justing myself. There's a LOT of stuff in the midst of pretty large accumulation phases right now.
I did.
Please keep in mind 90% of people lose money in crypto. 10% get rich. Only invest what you have or feel comfortable losing.
>43k salary
>took a 60k loan out in February
>spent 30k on ADA in March crash
>x5
>early repay of loan, small fees to do so
>win
This is poor person thought bro. Rich people borrow against assets to buy more assets. I get it though, crypto is high risk especially compared to property but generally speaking it's smarter to borrow against one cash flowing asset to buy another so you can have both.
I took out a 100k loan to buy Link at 8.50$. already have a 100K+ Link stack
Grandpa must of died poor
Already did and will keep doing it
Backing up programs on most consumer machines, maybe. Mine has a good 200+ programs setup, many with custom configs or layouts. So much time spent over the years getting things correct, so taking images of a machine to save time in the future is easy and cost-effective. I also have over 40TB of data total, so cloud is a dogshit option.
>successful construction/property business.
>owned 2 apartments 3 personal houses
>net worth upwards of 2mil+
>died leaving behind 2 successful sons that carried on the business. one is now mega rich my uncle that has his own yacht
Nah I'd say he did alright.
If you like ice cream so much why don’t you shove it up your ass and mouth at thr same time?
once you have a significant enough amount of files that you don't want to lose it becomes a lot easier to just back it up.
I have hundreds of gigs of data, documents and code I really don't want to lose. Uploading it to cloud storage would be expensive and inconvenient, although I do it for the really important stuff.
Backing up my programs is just a convenience on top of protecting my important files. Having configs saved when you move onto a new machine is also really nice, tho I guess you could probably upload that to cloud storage if that's your thing, I'm far too lazy for it.
gotcha, i just download Brave and League of Legends and I'm good to go
Will depend on your risk appetite
Might work out for some. Might not for others
Crypto can be very risky,
Always advised to do your own research.
There will be Ups and downs
i have a life so 50k in meme coins is enough
