Retarded advice. Go read about the terms of franchising a Chic-Fil-A. It’s literally being an employee, they don’t give you any percentage of ownership or profit sharing, and only pay around $250,000 a year.

For what it's worth, in my lifetime every single Burger King except for one has shut down in my immediate area. Go for a Starbucks, or better yet, a Chik-fil-a.

Subway is the easiest franchise to run maybe Dunkin Donuts as well. In reality its gonna a be piss easy to oven some rolls and put some sandwich fillings in than some complicated cooked burger menu. I see Dunkin donuts get delivered their donuts so afaik all they do is brew up coffee and microwave their shitty hot menus. You wanna keep far away from cooked franchises. Imagine dealing with 1000 fucking kyc chickens everyday. The best way for fast food is takeout trucks anyway if you are gonna sell burgers.
