Borr Drilling Limited - Appointment of Christoph Bausch as CFO
PRESS RELEASE PR Newswire
Oct. 14, 2020, 08:40 AM
OSLO, Norway, Oct. 14, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Borr Drilling Limited (the "Company") (NYSE: BORR) (OSE: BDRILL) is pleased to announce the appointment of Christoph Bausch as its new Chief Financial Officer, replacing Mr. Francis Millet with effect from 1 November 2020.
Patrick Schorn, Chief Executive Officer, commented:
"I am pleased to announce Christoph as the new Chief Financial Officer of Borr Drilling. Christoph has been Chief Financial Officer of NYSE and OSE listed oilfield service companies for many years and brings extensive industry and financial experience. His deep knowledge of the contract drilling business combined with his experience in financial restructuring will be of tremendous help to support Borr's strategic plans in a challenging operating environment. I also want to thank Francis for his dedication and many contributions to Borr's significant development during this critical time."
Why is NET down so much?
Borr Drilling (BORR) has recently announced that it was contemplating offering of $40 million - $50 million and that it managed to extend maturity of $595 million of loan facilities until January 2023. Borr Drilling continues its attempts to improve its liquidity profile for the near future.
BORR is easily a $20 stock, better get in while you can get 2 shares for a dollar.
I just bought my first call option, I bought AAWW 70C 11/20. Do I start making profit directly at 70 or do I have to wait until it hits 74.50? The contract costed 450

Reminder that Disney will go to zero with the few good studios and IPs they have left divided amongst Amazon and Netflix in bankruptcy court.

No Idea what I'm doing.
Your pic related.. why it gotta be so true like this bros
Per the words of matias55510
"It stabilized around the expected value of the capital increase. Looks good support. It has been maintained for days.
In my opinion, as long as there is no significant progress related to the pandemic (vaccine, etc) there will not be a solid impulse, which will finish consolidating towards Q1-2021 with the increase in demand for crude oil, which will cause an increase in the barrel price and consequently good performance for all this sector so punished and at auction price today. It is also possible, as I read in a report, that a demand shock occurs, causing the price of crude oil to peak, and then lower and stabilize. It would be exactly the opposite phenomenon to that of April.
Let's not lose sight of the fact that this company is doing everything to clean up its accounts and show strength. Likewise, it does not face debt commitments until Q1-2022, which makes it the best position in its sector.
Let's be patient. We will see her fly and we will be grateful for having our seat belt fasten.
Greetings and good investments!"

Getting closer to earnings report and need to fulfill yearly sales target.
Why is everyone so bullish on CLD? I hear their products are used in internal combustion vehicles and can't be used with electric cars. Seems like the IC vehicle manufacturing industry is a pretty terrible one to be buying up currently.
Meant CLF.
