Crypto through revolut?

Hi I want to start investing in crypto. Is it a bad idea to do so through the revolut app? They let you invest in crypto and the app provides real time graphs. I've seen nobody in here use it so maybe its a bad idea, just want to know why and if I should do it

terrible idea. you can't transfer your crypto out. it isn't even real crypto, just a synthetic exposure to it. fees are high. customer support is terrible. dodgy company. do not do it.

any advice on boomer stocks? I was thinking about buying some tesla or apple with revolut... is it any good for a start?

It depends on which country you are in. Right now I like Bridge wallet by Mt Pelerin.

Revolut just partnered with a company that will allow them to custody real crypto, so if you wait a couple months, you may be able to buy, hold, withdraw real crypto from there (by that time we will have probably mooned though).

Learn about wallets (hardware wallets, hot wallets and exchanges) before investing, hint: revolut doesn't actually sell you any crypto, just an index/tracker of sorts.
