Do you guys seriously not get it? For example, you could agree on Kleros beforehand and have funds distributed only after Kleros determines it was done correctly. You can use it to create lists, no need to enforce there. Kleros can be baked into other apps, so people using those won't have a choice to say "fuck you lol." Like with Omen. There's countless use cases for this.
