@jack just shadowbanned me off twitter. deleted all my retweets of scientific evidence against the lockdowns, ect thousands of others shadowbanned as #bidencorruption nears 400k retweets
Puts on twitter boys this is truly fucked up its going to be a crazy next 15 days
I just saw that Kamala Harris' press secretary is the head of communications at Twitter, if that I true the world is absolutely fucked. Also they censored the leak from biden's corruption, but then let Trumps leaked taxes goes trending. I think twitter has a large legal trouble coming
Xavier Gutierrez
Better buy a vpn soon boys if you're on Bidens shitlist the libs will be coming with torches and pitchforks soon
Blake Bailey
Isn't it up to twitter who they can ban?
Matthew King
Not unless they want to start taking responsibility for what they don't ban.
Luis Reed
what do you have in mind?
Bentley Rodriguez
or rather who
Adrian Ward
twetch.app >nooo muh faketoshi don't worry they hate him there too
Samuel Ramirez
Twitter, Facebook and google all censor the truth and are openly blatant about it.
>still thinking those who rule you are honest ngmi
Andrew Lewis
i don't think they are honest, just that most conspiracies imply control over the world i don't think is possible. they may have enormous influence but not precise control.

Yes, any "interactive computer service".
>Section 230 says that "No provider or user of an interactive computer service shall be treated as the publisher or speaker of any information provided by another information content provider" (47 U.S.C. § 230). In other words, online intermediaries that host or republish speech are protected against a range of laws that might otherwise be used to hold them legally responsible for what others say and do. The protected intermediaries include not only regular Internet Service Providers (ISPs), but also a range of "interactive computer service providers," including basically any online service that publishes third-party content.
If they nuke this regulation, it means every social media company will be legally liable for ANYTHING that is hosted on their platform, including everything any user uploads. The ramifications are massive.
HOWEVER
I have a suspicion that the FCC is going to revamp the law instead of scrapping it entirely, that is, to strengthen the obligation not to censor for political reasons. Right now the language is very vague and is more like a guideline rather than a strict provision, so the tech companies doesn't give a fuck.
>it means every social media company will be legally liable for ANYTHING that is hosted on their platform, including everything any user uploads Jannies on suicide watch
kek seems really big, so do you think they will step down with politically discriminatory bans? it seems like they would have to depending on how they change the legislation
Camden Watson
but wouldn't that also kill this site?
Xavier Gutierrez
probably only this site. any laws the globalist establishment passes only apply to free speech zones/actual right-of-center conduct, they don't apply to centrist establishment/left/far left/communists/etc. literally, Zig Forums will be targeted, and twitter/reddit/facebook/etc will continue censoring per usual and being flooded with cp because they are leftist and if you're leftist anything you do is O.K.
Gavin Martinez
>Twitter, Facebook and google >the internet Hahahahaha normies get what they deserve
Joshua Edwards
I imagine they would move to a ruleset similar to cripplech*ns and only ban things illegal in the US. Unironically an improvement to current moderation (like the Zig Forums jannies being no fun allowed SJW trannies and the Zig Forums jannies hypersensitive weebs and russian shills)
Carter Hall
should had used gnu social get cucked faggot NIGGER
Austin Johnson
Zig Forums seems like the last place to be hurt by this.this is the most free speech oriented of the platforms , no?
Henry Garcia
To be honest, the way things are right now, any change to the law would have no effect in reality. Democrats/liberals can ignore any and all laws without consequence anyway, so even if the law is revised and they find themselves in a situation where their blatant censorship is in direct violation of a statute, they will simply continue to censor.
Why? Well, because they are never held accountable for their crimes anyway. If the Trump admin is not going to prosecute anyone for anything, then a stricter law is meaningless. No accountability means bad behavior continues.
It's too late anyway because nothing will change before november 3rd which is all that matters. If Trump wins, all these cunts like Dorsey go to jail for sedition, insurrection and treason regardless of any change to CDA 230.
