This is unironically how I manage to spot stuff with good potential. Zig Forums is the only board where I rank catalog threads not by bump order, but by reply count. When you see that someone is talking alone or makes a thread with little to no replies, it's often a project worth looking at.

If you bought VELO and xETH when they were mentioned between September 20 and 28, you'd have two x3 to look at. Velo went from 30 cents to 90, and xETH with its positive rebases starting from September 21 would have gotten you a x3 or even x4 despite going through a PnD phase and coming back to your buying entry point. Of course there are a lot of useless and scam stuff being shilled too, but usually if you just DYOR you can tell if something has a short term potential,(xETH) or long term (VELO)

CLV and another unknown project are two Zig Forums projects I got in on early (though I overslept for the airdrop because I went to bed at noon and woke up at like 9 or 10 that day).

Instead of autistically fomoing into projects that have already gone up or going into shit projects like FEEL and LUIJI because they're shilled hard, you just need to watch Zig Forums. Occasionally you'll see a mystery thread float by advertising "few know" and someone shilling a secretive new project. Those are the ones you wanna get in on.

They are pajeets who's main habitat is AIRDROPWHEN type of TG chats, where scammers post their new fresh scams and enlist pajeets to make memes for airdrops. If you ever noticed that most memes are basically frogposting/wojak/women with a scam logo attached, that's because that was a meme made by pajeet who don't really understand Zig Forums (and who was paid $0.1 worth of airdrop).
Then scammer attracts even lazier pajeets saying they are starting "marketing" phase of distribution. All pajeets are invited to shit on Zig Forums, twitter and other tg channels, the best ones receive $0.2 worth of airdrop.
They also may or may not start "get x people in our chat for airdrop" type of shit in between, to further inflate available amount of pajeets.
When good project comes you'll know it.
