the wallet has been nothing but easy for me, and the only time i ever had a question i went on the website and asked the live chat and got an answer literally in less than 1 minute. the answer was clear and helpful and immediately solved my problem.
i don't see how this is any more difficult to use than any other crypto wallet?
to answer your question about cashapp... it's far different from cashapp and if you don't understand that you probably shouldn't be investing your money in it. it's an infrastructure on which all sorts of apps can be built, similar to ethereum.
I'm no major bagholder, but i do hold a few 100k just in case it takes off. the claim is that the scalability will be superior to ethereum through the aBFT protocol (called lachesis) with faster, near immediate transactions, but i'm no computer nerd and don't really understand how they actually plan to handle thousands of transactions a second.
