Nah, it's more likely that the majority of the raised money is laundered from previous scams. I traced back a bunch of transactions and found that the top holder of Lazarus got all of his eth from the yf moonshot deployer. Other large purchasers had gotten theirs from tornado.cash

this guy is the largest holder excluding the contract creator, he added 118 eth and received 1180 lazarus
The money goes through multiple burners before getting to this address.
Example 1:

The first funds in that transaction are from YF moonshot deployer.
