No it's not, or you've only been watching for a week. After the uniswap liquidity program volume on uniswap doubled. We're now seeing 600k lit transacted on average of what used to be 300k lit. Everybody keeps on complaining about liquidity and volume but I still havent seen price going up 30% because one person wanted to accumulate 500k. Many people here have accumulated 500k spread out over several days and price hasn't budged as much as the order books would have you believe.
