Bcs my dad is unironically a god of everything to do with construction, there is nothing he doesn't know. Yet instead of doing something he chooses to wageslave in some fish factory. My idea was that we sell our current apartment (making big profit with it due to renovation And house prices going up)
With the money we buy 2 apartments one for us to live in and one to renovate and then sell for profit. I can't do it without my parents because 1. We would sell this house to start the business and I don't wanna take a loan for no reason 2. My dad would be key as he's literally a do everything kind of guy. I'm good naturally too in those stuff as I am his son but he knows everything. I see no holes in this idea and in 20 years I could be a millionaire easy. (Most millionaires got some help from their parents)
