unironically, debunked other than the fact that it's egregious to allow people to look up addresses with just name & date of birth, if you were to submit it on the website, it would just give you a ballot to print out (which you would then need to mail in the official ballot letter with your identification code on that letter) you can't cancel someone's vote through that portal, nor can you actually vote.. it's a nothingburger - again, totally fucked for Oregon to design a system where you could look up someone's address with name & date of birth, but you can't actually use it to vote how am i going to mail in a ballot for someone else, without their ballot return envelope? i can't.
