Then think of society. Low status white males hold a tenuous historical position that they are automatically better than niggers, women, minorities etc. They need to fight for that position by constantly shitting on those groups, and by resisting a system that says "we are all equal", or a meritocracy, which would demote them to shit tier with everyone else.

If you break the map down a bit more and only show San Francisco instead of the entire US you'll see that it's very similar to India.
