Depends on the mortgage and quality of house. There are advantages to renting in some areas in some circumstances but I'd prefer to have my rent actually give me equity. I'm currently home shopping but trying to explain to the fiancee about closing costs as nd taxes. A lit of retards chase their mortgage their whole life and I'm not trying to do that.
