It's possible, but Jan 2022 is probably way too optimistic. LINK can't grow alone, the entire cryptoeconomy has to grow with it. It's not going to $1k while BTC is flirting with $12k and ETH can't stay over $400. Or to put it another way, a shitton more money will have to enter crypto markets generally, increasing the worth of many other projects, for LINK to reach that valuation. So $1k in 2022 seems ridiculously optimistic to me. But if BTC and ETH can make it near their ATHs in the next year and stabilize there, then $100 Jan 2022 isn't unreasonable.

For LINK to be $1000, ETH has to be at least $10K, since LINK is dependent on the platform, at least for now.
If BTC remains dominant, it has to be at least $100K.
Even if it is going to happen, it is not happening anytime soon. Not until 2025 at least.
