So I just got my first big girl job and it’s $70k/yr. I have a few student loans left but now I’m just wondering after doing calculations... I have enough to put like 20%+ down for a home in my area in about a year or so. I have no bills as I live with my parents. I only pay my cheap car insurance and cellphone.
No kids... no boyfriend. I’ll be 24 next year. Is it smart to buy a home at my age?
