PoWH doesn't end when the value peaks. Even if you get in at the top, you'll still be getting mad dividends as everything crashes to the bottom. At that point you'll be able to reinvest those dividends at a good price and ride the wave up again.
Of course, like in any venture, buying the bottom is always more profitable, but it's not all doom and gloom to buy the top in this meme.
