Sucking as a Service (SaaS). Basically you build a web application to interface with your mouth (or boyhole if they buy the premium tier), and then shill it to small mom-and-pop businesses.

That's uber for gold diggers

There's actually a business modal that's very popular nowadays which is not very hard to implement, and barely any initial capital!

1. Think of a word, any word. Got it? Alright now let's add ".finance" at the end.
2. Purchase a .finance domain with the word you came up with
3. Use erc20 token generator to create a token with the name of the word you thought of, or just copy an existing token with a burn mechanism. Have fun with the burn numbers on each transaction, maybe 2, maybe 3, maybe 10! The higher the number the more people will like your coin.
4. Create a website about your token. Don't do it from scratch though, it takes too much time, and time is money! Just use a template, and replace the text with the amount of tokens you have. You can say it's deflationary, mention the burn rate, and spread different percentages of the initial supply you created to things like Marketing, Development, stuff like that, and include it in a nice looking donut chart
4. Now that we have a working product, let's set up a presale in bounce! Open up a pool, and then a twitter account.
5. Time for marketing! Let's spread the word in Zig Forums and Twitter about your new deflationary coin! Hopefully enough people will buy it!
6. So many options. If you're bored, just take the presale money, delete the website and twitter and other social media, and go have a nice vacation for a job well done!

8. Launch your coin and gradually sell your coin until it very gradually goes to zero. Spread it by different wallets for maximum effect.

This kinda explains their business. They have a software that allows for advertisers to do multivariative testing on FB and Instagram ads instead of A/B testing.

This seems piss easy to do if it's literally just switching out ad components and colors/images. $250/mo middle package, very easy to undercut. They even have a shitty website and a retarded name, so I can even do that better.

That's exactly why I got so intrigued when I saw them. They solve a huge problem that was solved so simply and could be recreated and undercut so easily. They literally have 0 competitors. I dont have enough experience to start a Saas company but I see them blowing up if they can pick up traction.

It's not lame if you do FB ads. They basically reduce the time to launch ads by 90% and make the testing way easier. There are tens of thousands of companies that spend 100k plus on ads on FB and would happily pay 250 a month to reduce the time it takes by 90%.

Im pretty sure they have 70 customers so they're almost at 18,000 MRR and they started in 2019 so thats not bad.

I also dont like businesses where you can't have an extreme competitive advantage. The only competitive advantage most Saas companies have is lower prices so its basically a race to the unprofitability or tight profit margins unless you have some sort of proprietary technology.

Correct. Without scale or networking effect, technology alone never constitute a MOAT. I would rather be in a boring stable job, invest in MOAT companies, DCA to BTC/ETH and spend time on hobbies/relationships.
