I come from a poor family in Spain, my mother had me at 17 and I was raised in the poorest neighbourhood of my city, studying surrounded by gypsies and violent people. College years: 26% unemployment in Spain, having to work and study. My grades suffered.
The job market here is shit, the good jobs are reserved for people with "contacts".
Opportunities are low. I want to emigrate but it seems that real estate is very expensive in rich countries. There seems to be a bubble in places like Australia, even Germany.
What to do? It seems I wouldn't be able to make over 2k€ per month in the coming decades here in Spain.
I work in the mornings and then in the nights, and then I pay a lot of taxes and in a good month I can make 2k€ after taxes. That's my ceiling: about.. what. 35k$ per year? I'm really tired and I don't have much energy to study more. Even if I study there seems to be no path to making decent money and living an "American 50s life" which is my dream. I don't want to live in a box apartment as a wagie.
"Make your business!" Everything is saturated, banks don't lend me money. My project is to make a fast food chain with something not to be found here, but taxes are high, there's Covid... it's the only thing I have in mind for now.
Did even read the book? Get a job as a building admin to get the skills and start looking into deals. Or get a camera and film some porn. Read Kiyosaki again until you're asking "how can I save taxes" instead of bitching like a gitano.
