even if it was, it takes a LOT / a catalyst to change direction after their report please, please do not try to catch the knife the day after a bad report.. People don't sell. Algos sell, people follow the algos. People haven't updated their algos to ignore the word "stimulus" when spidering news articles. So every time an algo sees "stimulus" and "rejected" in the same article it'll just mass sell everything.
