Airdrops to holders are separate from airdrops to randos.
The latter requiring joining a telegram group is an industry standard in shitcoin airdrops. Haven't seen one without such a requirement.

Airdrops to holders is precisely that, you hold CLV (and in the last airdrop you had to hold C2D for extra airdropped coins, but you still got something even if you didn't hold C2D) = you qualify for the airdrop.
